A little cleaning and polishing once a month will suffice. It is not a hard job though, and will take just 5 or 10 minutes, so do not let this point put you off making a purchase. It will be worth it in the long run, because a well cared for leather recliner will last for years and years, much longer a chair made out of other materials.
