It’s always a bit nerve racking when a tenant moves out that has stayed on your premises for a long time. Humans gather things, we mess and sometimes unavoidable spills and damage happens. Well if you have a good tenant then he will replace damaged property, but a thorough clean can be a costly matter if you take it on yourself to do.

It does not matter if you want domestic cleaning done or commercial cleaning in a five floor office block or a small garden cottage, you would want it to be clean before your next tenant moves in. So getting a cleaning company to do it on your behalf will be much better.

Before you do clean however, have an inspection of your property with the old tenant, so that if there are a lot of damages, you both could agree on replacement or refunding of said items. The same would go when the new tenant moves in.
